M2Desk is 100% wireless

M2Desk employs, while bearing in mind the required stability and performance, professional wireless technologies. Four access points will be installed in the classroom, which will be controlled by a managing multimedia Wireless switch. This switch distributes a.o. the users according to number of users and their need over the different access points, and ensures a safe and central management. A constant and stable wireless network is thus guaranteed through a perfect mutual tuning and configuration of both the access points and M2Desk.

M2Desk is 100% cordless

The school should be able to use M2Desk throughout an entire day, therefore M2Desk is provided with a high capacity battery. Despite its big capacity, the battery has to be recharged from time to time. No problem: a lot of thought is gone into recharging the batteries, the logistics within the classroom and the naturalness with which this action should be performed by even the youngest users. The result: an intelligent battery charger that not only charges but also discharges (calibrates), thus providing the battery with a longer lifespan and capacity conservation. If the M2Desk is put in a permanent place, it can be connected directly to the mains. The battery can be removed without further consequences.

M2Desk has 100% stable software

The software of M2Desk aims at system stability. Workplace management is nowadays the biggest cost for educational institutions. With M2Desk-restart the M2Desk is put, after it is switched off, back in its original and stable software preset situation. Updates and new software, periodically installed by M2Desk certified and competent partners, are off course preserved. M2Desk-restart also prevents contamination of the system, to keep performance optimal throughout the years. M2Desk comes with Windows XP Professional.
